Innovative Computer Services and Solutions ("ICSS," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients.   • Hosting account data is retained for 14 days before permanent deletion
  • Billing and transaction records are retained for 7 years as required for financial record-keeping
  • Support communications are retained for 3 years

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and access controls on our systems.
